Supersprint Exhaust for MASERATI GranCabrio MC 4.7i V8 (460 Hp) 2013 ->

The Supersprint exhausts' results are focused on Performance, period.

This is expecially true, in the case of the stainless exhaust for the 2013-2018 Maserati GranCabrio MC.

When we develope our systems, our R&D team always aims at getting the most performance gains in the first place, then sound.

If we recognize that some components on the std, factory exhaust work fine, we leave those alone, only focusing on re-designing and developing the parts that bring out the real gains in power and torque, and make the sound better in the process.

The Grancabrio MC already has tubular, 4-into-1 headers, as standard equipment, which leave only a limited room for improvement (given the space constraints within the engine bay), and a set of straight-through, dual sound mode, silencer by-passing R&L rear mufflers.

A commendable effort made by the Maserati Factory indeed, which is spoiled by the mix and match with sub-standard, remaining oem exhaust components.

In particular, we found out that the catalytics are restrictive, and that the mid resonator tames down the V8 engine sound, excessively.

Those less than ideal exhaust components are exactly the parts we have redesigned for the GranCabrio MC.

The Supersprint Oversize diameter R&L downpipes use HJS Motorsport, high volume, free flowing metallic cats, while our x-pipe deletes the resonator altogether.

The final result are more power at peak rpm, more torque in the mid range, and a wild sound, readily available.

Installation is a bolt-on, straightforward process as always.
