Supersprint has just introduced its exhaust downpipe kit for the 2016 Alpina B7 G12 4x4, equipped with the 608 Hp, latest generation Twin Turbo N63R V8 engine.
Built with oversize diameter tubing, and a set of HJS Motorsport, 100 cpsi large-volume 130mm catalytics, this Supersprint exhaust system eliminates the overly restrictive, oem cats.
By freeing up this exhaust tract, getting rid of the only bottleneck in the entire system, the efficiency of the turbochargers improves by a massive amount, and the temperature in the engine exhaust port area gets considerably lower .
The performance increases hugely, remaining more constant under heavy use, while the emissions are kept under control at the same time.
It bolts up directly to the Alpina Factory cat-back exhaust, which has a free-flowing, dual sound mode, ideal design already. No modification is required.
This Supersprint exhaust kit, which can be considered as the most cost-effective performance addition for this fine car, is available in a Racing, cat-deleting version as well.
