The Supersprint long tube headers and the dual-inlet port, R&L catalytic system are the key components of the entire exhaust, becoming instrumental to the gains in low to mid rpm torque (up to + 45 Nm), and in peak horsepower (+ 40 Hp).
The stock exhaust has a horribly restrictive design, using 6 catalytics, placed very close to the engine (4 of these are actually shoehorned into the engine bay), courtesy of the Euro and International non-sense regulations for emission control.
Sadly, the generous, high-revving nature of the V12 N/A engine is chocked down by this redundant, overweight standard exhaust.
