The exhaust system for Mini JCW (211 Hp) is a full oversized Ø60mm system, composed by a turbo downpipe (with or without a metallic catalytic converter), a front section (also available with a metallic cat), a centre section (available in resonated or not resonated versions) and a rear exhaust.

The OEM turbo downpipe of the Mini Cooper S R56 includes a ceramic catalytic converter.
We offer a plug&play downpipe that directly replaces the stock part and maintain the OEM flex joint.
Both the catless version 831211 and the one with the HJS metallic cat 831221 require an ECU tune to avoid the Check Engine Light.

We also offer a system which removes the flex pipe, replaced by  our usual system with flanges, sealing ring and retaining springs, more reliable and less restrictive.
The downpipe of this system is available only a catless.
A ECU tune is required to avoid the Check Engine Light.

The catalytic converter, as in the Supersprint tradition, is moved under the car frame, and it's an HJS metallic unit with 100 cells per square inch, part number 831032.
It's much more efficient and free-flowing but at the same time offers an optimal reduction of pollutant gas.
A catless option is also available, 831012

The centre section is available in pipe-only solution or with a resonator, for a more comfortable ride.

The front and centre section must be fitted together because of the shape of the stock exhaust.

If you're looking only for a more involving and sportier exhaust tone and don't want to replace the downpipe, the "cat-back" setup is recommended. It's composed by an adapter for the OEM downpipe cod. 831022, front and centre section and rear muffler.

The muffler is a direct flow unit, with perfect  fitment and alignment, designed to offer a distinctive sound, deeper and meaner than the stock system. It has a menacing tone at idle and low rpm and an aggressive scream at high rpm.
The look is the perfect match of sportiness and class, with twin tail pipes (90 mm), lipped and chromed, perfectly integrated in the bumper line, for a sporty but still elegant result.
Matt black tips are available on request for a premium.
If you don't want to replace the OEM muffler, because you like the original sound or look of the JCW but just want the performance increase or amplify the sound of it, it's possible to request our OEM centre section with a reduced outlet (Ø55mm) and use the OEM Mini clamp cod. 18 30 7 560 778
