High performance exhaust system for Peugeot RCZ-R 1.6 Turbo 270Hp

Differences from the Supersprint full exhaust for 200hp THP model:
-Specific turbo downpipe, with round attachment to the turbo with clamp instead of a flange, Ø80mm diameter for the first section to match the turbo outlet.
-Ø65mm diameter for the rest of the system, optimal for a 1.6 turbo with over 300hp in case of tuning.

Fitting the turbo downpipe, which replaces the OEM catalytic converter, requires a specific ECU tune to avoid the Check Engine Light caused by the incorrect reading of the secondary O2 sensor.
The stock flex joint is replaced by our system with flanges, springs and sealing ring.
The power increase is around + 12HP

The front section is available with a HJS high flow metallic cat, 130mm 100 CPSI. This size is adequate for over 300hp and allows for a good pollution gas reduction.

The rear muffler is designed to be a direct replacement of the OEM unit, compatible with the stock left tip and right branch + tip.
Because the tips are fitted with rivets, not with bolt/nuts, it's not possible to remove them from the diffuser.
The OEM metallic sponge sealing ring between exhaust outlet and tailpipe can be reused to cover the space between them. A v-band can be used, but we recommend a spot of electric-welding.

The "street" rear muffler is recommended to be fitted with the full system for a good compromise of sportier sound and comfort onboard, Ok for long trips and daily driving.
If you want a more aggressive sound, especially if the OEM catalytic converter is not removed, we recommend the "racing" muffler.
