BMW E39 M5 5.0 V8 '98 -> '04

aka: Performance sport exhaust for BMW E39 M5

Almost 25 years have gone by since the BMW S62 5.0L V8 engine has been introduced, however nothing can beat the performance of the Supersprint tubular headers for the 1998-2004 BMW E39 M5, which provide for a monster gain of 40+ Hp, and a major jolt in torque throughout the entire powerband.

Larger diameter, long individual primaries, 4-1 race collectors and HJS Motorsport 100 cpsi catalytics do the magic.

The Supersprint multi-piece, proprietary-design, with its revolutionary, patented sealing system allows for an easy install withour removing neither the engine nor the subframe from the car, ensuring a leak-free operation at the same time.

Supersprint developed and built these headers in distinct versions, for the LHD and for the RHD cars.

By eliminating the tiny diameter, double-walled factory manifolds, our performance headers systems have helped the BMW S62 5.0L V8  engine reach its true performance potential.

What the BMW Motorsport engineers could not do (blame it on the limitations of the Euro emission standards of the era), Supersprint did, with an enormous success in popularity among the M5 enthusiasts.

Up to date, we still handcraft these fine E39 M5 stainless headers on demand, for all of the performance-conscious owners, shipping them worldwide on weekly basis.
