Almost 20 years after the introduction, Supersprint still offers a stainless, full exhaust system, including long tube headers, for one of the fastest, highest revving, best sounding Sports Coupès ever built, the 2005-2010 BMW E63 M6.

The S85 V10 5.0L powerplant is the last of the 8500 rpm -redline, large displacement N/A engines made by BMW Motorsport, before the change to the 4.4L Turbo V8 engine.

It takes great advantage from the Supersprint exhaust upgrades, due to the restrictive, power-robbing design of the initial BMW Factory section, in particular the crushed layout of the stock headers with their built-in catalytics and the heavily compromised stock primariy pipes.

The Supersprint long-tube headers, thanks to their outstanding design features, from the large diameter, individual primary tubes, down to the F1  5-into-1 merge collectors, eliminates those restrictions, guaranteeing solid, proven gains of 60+ Hp over the factory exhaust.

The max hp peaks at 570 Hp, and it is mantained for a wide range, 7400 trough 8200 rpm.
Our system uses a set of large volume HJS Motorsport, 100 cpsi metallic cats, placed further away from the engine, and 70mm Oversize diameter twin pipe section, from front to back.

The Supersprint R&L rear mufflers, built with straight-thru inner perforated cores (no baffles, no reflective chambers built within the canisters), complement the system, and they are available in two distinct versions, the Sport/Touring and the Race F1, for a wide customization of the sound.

The mid section is available in  resonated and in  straight X-pipe versions.
No other cat-back exhaust in the market, regardless of the design, pipe size, or particular layout, guarantees the same, amazing sound.
