Supersprint offers the perfect, most efficient, best sounding Performance exhaust for the Limited Edition, 2013 Lamborghini Aventador LP 720-4 "50° Anniversario" Coupè / Roadster.
This awesome supercar already has unique, outstanding features, typically found on hard-core Race cars only; in particular the standard headers is a stainless steel, tubular unit, built with the perfectly tuned, long-primary design.
The Lamborghini engineers made a great job, leaving no room for improvement on the headers.
The rest of the oem exhaust has a less-than-ideal components, unfortunately.
From the headers back down, the exhaust gas flow is chocked by a set of restrictive catalytics, which keep the engine from reaching its full potential.
Supersprint has put a remedy to this, by developing a new, totally free-flowing catalytic exhaust system, which uses two sets of R&L HJS Motorsport, high volume twin cats ( lighter than stock by -2.5 kg).
We have also developed a rear muffler, designing it from the ground up (8 kg less than stock), to complement our cats, with a direct by-pass system, featuring a true, dual-sound mode, operated via a set of vacuum-controlled flaps.
The final result is better torque throughout the entire rpm range, with a nice gain in peak hp as well, and greatly reduced heat build-up under the hood.
Also, the sound is astounding, as the Lamborghini powerplant makes a wonderful, V12 note when cruising (flaps closed), and screams at WOT (flaps open), just like a F1 car.
Another positive side effect of this Supersprint full exhaust is, abundant flames shooting out from the large-mouth, center tail pipe.
Built out of premium-grade stainless steel, these Supersprint exhaust components are lightweight, yet extremely durable, for a long life.
For the Racetrack enthusiasts, we also offer a set of R&L, cat-deleting Y-pipes and a straight tube, non resonated rear section, for an incredible, overall weight saving of -30 Kg.
The installation of the SS system is a straightforward process, as usual, requiring no modifications.
