1) Buying online

Purchases made on Supersprint.com are regulated, although not expressly provided for by the following terms of purchase, by Dlgs no. 185, 22 May 1999 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts and the Dlgs. 9 April 2003 no. 70 relating to electronic commerce.
The articles on our site can be purchased, as long as products are on stock, to whom turned 18. For delivery of your purchases you can choose the place of your most comfort: at home, at work or at another person.

2) Prices
 
All agreed prices are meant to the current terms of sales. Supersprint.com reserves the right to modify its price list without notice.

3) Product technical specification

The features of the products are indicated on the on line catalogue and are visible during the compilation of the order. Supersprint.com shows the products in the most truthful and careful manner possible. The display of the colors could undergo variations because of the monitor , so the vendor cannot guarantee that the colors of the products are reproduced on the screen in truthful manner.
Supersprint reserves the right to change product descriptions, product finishing and dimensioning specifications, pricing and model applications at any time without prior notice.

4) Shipments

Transport costs are counted based on weight and quantity of products and on the basis of the destination. 
The total amount of the order will be visible before proceeding with the confirmation.

Orders are processed once received. 
The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address given at the time of purchase. 
If delivery did not occur successfully (if the client is absent at the time of delivery), the customer will be contacted by our customer service as soon as possible, taking agreements directly with the customer. Supersprint.com is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper.

Once recived the package, please check: 
- The number of packages listed on the waybill is actually the one delivered; 
- That the package is intact and undamaged, any disputes must be reported to the courier stating that the consignment note signed by the recall, the word "Withdrawn subject to scrutiny", if the package is considered delivered correctly.

5) Disclaimer 

The commitment that Supersprint.com aims is to operate as accurately as possible, however, could inadvertently run into inaccuracies or technical inaccuracies or factual and / or typographical errors character. 
Supersprint.com reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the site whenever this is necessary without any warning.

6) Returns and refunds 

Right of withdrawal and procedures.
The buyer of the products Supersprint.com may withdraw unconditionally from the purchase contract to the following conditions: 
- the right of withdrawal must be exercised within 10 working days from receipt of goods by sending letter with acknowledgment of receipt at the following address:

Supersprint.com will repay the sum paid to the purchaser for the purchase of products and shipping costs (excluding the cost incurred in returning the property) with the notification of withdrawal should be provided the following data:
. number and date of the invoice; 
. in the event of a partial withdrawal description and quantity of products that are returning;
. bank on which to obtain the transfer of reimbursement. 

- The buyer who exercised his right of withdrawal must within 15 days of receipt of goods arrange for its return (in whole or in part) by ordinary parcel post. 
The reimbursement of the sum will be made with the form chosen and free of charge within 15 days of the return of goods, after checking their state. In particular, we require that the product returned:
. is intact, new and unused; 
. has not undergone any type of damage; 
. still in its original packaging.
. all of the returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchasing price.

7) Claims.

7b) Applicable Law and Competent Court

The management of any complaints is governed by Italian law. For disputes arising from the interpretation and /or execution of purchase contracts the jurisdiction of Mantua is exclusively competent.

8) Privacy

Supersprint.com treats personal data of their customers in compliance with the requirements of the Legislative Decree 196/2003. Personal data are processed in the normal activities exclusively to process the order and if a problem arises to contact the buyer. As required by the rules, you may obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and that these are being communicated in a clear.
