Supersprint has a place in the history of the VW Golf GTi.
We have been the first to develope a performance, full exhaust system, which included tubular headers, dating back to 1976.
The earlier Golf GTI, with its 1.6L, 4-speed, fuel injected 110 hp engine, has become a legendary, iconic model, in Europe and worldwide.
Since the very beginning, Supersprint has understood the enormous potential of success of this car, building and selling thousands of exhaust systems over the years.
As the engine grew to 1.8L, and the Tuning industry boomed with an increasing range of performance upgrades, we have expended our program to larger diameter, oversized systems to match, offering specific header/manifold versions for distinct types of power and torque enhancement, as well.
Up to date, we are proud to hand craft and offer the same components, still in their original design.
