The Supersprint 4-into-1 long tube headers system offers a substantial performance gain over the restrictive, log-design stock manifolds.

They improve the exhaust gas flow dynamics dramatically, guaranteeing a major increase in peak hp, and in mid-range torque as well.

The gains are averaging +20 / + 25 Hp on top, and + 20 / + 40 Nm torque, from 3000 rpm to redline.

As always, Supersprint prides itself in building the perfect performance headers and #exhaust for the classic BMWs, this time for the 1996-2002 BMW E39 540i V8 , for both the Sedan and the Touring models.

The long primary tube headers system guarantees a huge increase in performance, in terms of both peak hp and mid rpm torque.

We offer multiple exhaust options; a single, 70 mm main pipe system for the stock, or camshaft- tuned M62 engine, and a dual-pipe full exhaust, for the extremely popular, larger displacement 4.6L and 4.8L builds, and for any 400 - 500 hp Supercharger conversion.

The dual-pipe exhaust is also available with twin mufflers, to suit the quad-tip M5 diffuser.

Each individual exhaust setup also provides for an incredible, V8 roaring sound, without adding any unwanted drone.

Installing the Supersprint, patented design headers is a straightforward process, as it does not require removing or lifting the engine from the car.

The multipiece layout, with the floating-flange collector, sealing rings and spring loaded pressure plate ensures a leak free operation.

We offer specific headers for the LHD model, as well as for the RHD one. Both versions ensure a flawless fitment, providing for a perfect operation, and an unlimited durability.
