New performance exhaust for A250 and A220, CLA250 and CLA220, GLA250 and GLA220

Supersprint has developed a new high performance sport exhaust for the Mercedes A Class W176, CLA C117 e GLA X156, 2.0 Turbo petrol engines 250 e 220, both front wheel drive and 4Matic.
The system has a larger bore, 65mm against 60mm of the OEM exhaust, for improved performance and ready for an ECU tune.

The stock turbo downpipe with the integrated ceramic catalytic converter, fitted close to the turbochargers, is quite restrictive.
The Supersprint downpipe is a direct pipe. A specific O2 sensor cheater or a ECU tune are necessary to avoid the Check Engine Light.

The “overpipe” that passes above the front axle with the flex joint isn’t restrictive to the gas flow so it’s not necessary to replace it.
The rest of the system can be replaced entirely.
The front and centre section are available as pipe only component, for improved flow and sound.
The front pipe is also available with a high flow metallic cat by HJS motorsport, to be fitted along with the downpipe for road use, to reduce the pollutant emissions.

The rear muffler has a direct flow design, without chambers or restrictions.

A set of tailpipe for the OEM bumper is available, as well as exit pipes for the 45 AMG conversions (A45, CLA45, GLA45).
OEM 45 diffuser and tailpipes are necessary for the conversion kits.

The power increase for the full system is around 14hp on the 250 models.

Diesel and 1.6 Turbo models systems will be developed soon.
