As a simple, bolt-on performance addition, the Supersprint long tube, stainless headers system turns the 2008-2011 Mercedes ML 63 AMG into a Roadster Monster.

The legendary M156 6.2l V8, N/A engine, hand built individually at the AMG Factory in Germany, is up to 40 hp shy off its full potential, as delivered.
Blame it on the awfully downsized, log-design exhaust manifolds, and on the restrictive, high-density cell, ceramic catalytic system.
In search of the best performance, the Supersprint R&D Team had designed, developed a long tube stainless headers up from scratch, and a front exhaust section with a set of HJS Motorsport, high volume, R&L metallic catalytics, which eliminate the bottlenecks, making the engine breathe free.
Its dimensional features are large diameter, mandrel-bent primaries, race design 4-1 collectors, 70mm main downpipes on each cilynder bank.
Thanks to the Supersprint, floating-flange patented design, the individual primaries can be installed very easily into the engine bay, without the need for lifting or removing the engine itself.
Under the most demanding driving conditions, the tension on the tubing, induced by the extreme heat, is neutralized.
The result is a huge increase in torque, from the rpm basement on up, and a nice gain in peak hp as well.
A lower resistence to the exhaust gas flow also means less heat soak, more consistent performance.
The gains are impressive averaging + 40 hp, + 70Nm in the low and mid area of the powerband.
That is still on the stock ECU mapping, with no modifications.
We have also developed a cat-back exhaust, to complement our headers, with the mid section available in resonated or straight pipe versions, and with optional Sport or F1 Race rear mufflers.
The combined effect of the Supersprint full exhaust is a monumental, throaty V8 sound.
We guarantee an easy, straightforward installation, perfect fitment, unequaled durability, as usual.
