The new "Supersprint 1000+ Hp Series" long tube headers system for the 2019 Corvette ZR1 and the 2015-2019 Corvette Z06 has been designed with the goal of becoming the perfect complement to all of the  engine conversions exceeding 1000 Hp.
The 50mm / 2" primary pipes, and the extra long, 63.5mm / 2.5" R&L quad-downipes guarantee the maximum flow, with each exhaust branch merging into a specific 80mm / 3.15" X-pipe dual mid section, to match.
The Supersprint X-pipe is available in multiple versions; 80mm all the way through, for custom-built rear mufflers, or with the ends reduced down to a smaller diameter, specified to accept the stock mufflers, or equivalent aftermarket units.
This new Supersprint headers system, which is complete from the engine to the rear axle, is the ideal exhaust setup for drag racing, for race track, and  for road use as well, with no limitations, since the downpipe section has the same, ample gound clearance as the stock system.
It fits perfectly into the car, being installed without the need for any modification to the gearbox bell housing, nor to the chassis.
Our new long tube headers ensure that the proper, safe clearance nearby the starter motor and other engine ancillaries is retained.
The Supersprint R&D team has designed a system (Patent Pending) that uses all of the space available within the engine bay, and under the car chassis and drivetrain.
The final result is the longest-tubing, highest-volume, most free-flowing headers system that can phisically fit on the Corvette ZR1 and the Z06.
Each and every Supersprint header, as well as its components, from the laser cut, precision machined flanges, to the mandrel bent tubes, are handcrafted and welded individually at our exhaust facility in Mantova, Italy.
