In fact, the 3.0-litre twin-turbo Nettuno V6 engine is an engineering masterpiece capable of delivering up to 550 HP and 650 Nm at 6,500 rpm, for a 0-100 km/h sprint in just 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h. Enough to cover both guided and fast stretches with maximum efficiency. It's a shame that always increasingly stringent and often bizarre regulations have forced the Trident's technicians to "muzzle" the typical musicality of the V6 engine.
The Supersprint technicians have done a great jub to "unlock" the original musical notes and optimize the sound, doing justice to this mechanical masterpiece, creating an adequate center section of the twin pipes which can be installed quickly and easily on the stock catalyst/GPF system, integrating without problems and, above all, without any necessary modification to the end pipes with mufflers equipped with a standard R&L valve.
The installation of just this special Supersprint mid- component guarantees a radical optimization of the sound, moreover with two different tones depending on the customer's preferences, thanks to two different types of devices: X-Pipe for a softer and more refined sound, H -Pipe for a stronger racing style note. Both are drone-free at low revs. Finally, it should also be underlined that these components are made, like the whole Supersprint range products, in aisi 304 stainless steel, to guarantee almost unlimited durability.
