The late '70s and early '80s were exciting years for the BMW performance enthusiasts, no doubt.

The Hartge H3 was one of the first E21 cars ever equipped with the larger displacement M30 3.5L BMW 6-inline engine, taken straight from the 635csi.

This engine conversion, along with the suspension, chassis, drivetrain and brake upgrades made the Hartge H3 one fast car.

It quickly became the E21 that every BMW owner was dreaming of.

Supersprint was the proud manufacturer of the Hartge special exhaust, back at the time, and we still handcraft the same system in today's modern era.

Our "Fächerkrümmer" (tubular headers) was the magic component of the entire system, making substantially more power and torque over the restrictive BMW Factory cast iron manifold.

No less important, the resonator and the R&L mufflers, with their oversized diametere tubing were designed to guarantee the proper flowing, providing for the perfect sound at the same time.

Fast forward to 45+ years later, this Supersprint performance exhaust is still the option to go with on the M30 swapped E21 restomod projects.
