Supersprint has always been the one and only pioneer in developing high performance exhaust concepts, in particular for the Porsche 911s.

Over 15 years ago, our R&D Team has done an outstanding job on the unique, limited edition 2007-2009 Porsche 997.1 GT3 RS.
This is the first long-tube headers and race exhaust system which made solid gains on the high revving 3.6L engine; Supersprint had developed an exhaust idea that has changed the 911 GT3 performance scenario forever.
The Supersprint long tube, step-diameter headers are completed with HJS Motorsport, large volume metallic cats, and a free-flowing rear muffler, with a unique, built-in Helmholtz resonator chamber.
The 100 cpsi HJS cats post no obstacle to the exhaust gas flow, as they are merged smoothly into the Supersprint's own design transition cones, avoiding any sharp angle or other form of restriction, for a smooth, undisrupted flowing.
This setup has been tested throughly on our Maha dyno and it provides for exactly the same, low resistence as our straight, catless pipes.
We are confident in saying that this Supersprint system is the most effective bolt-on addition to the GT3 RS. Period.
While our original design has paved the road to other brands' tubular headers in more recent years, the Supersprint GT3 headers system still flows and performs better than all of those.
The Supersprint full exhaust also offers a perfect compliancy to the FIA Racetrack sound regulations, and guarantees an ideal reduction of the emissions at the same time.
All of our headers and exhausts are handcrafted individually at the Supersprint Factory in Italy, using our own, specific precision jigs and fixtures, ensuring a perfect, factory like fitment.
