The "Step-Design" headers are distinguished by the first sections of the primary pipes that match the size of the exhaust ports, to avoid any negative turbulence and give high torque in the low and mid rpm range, and second sections which are larger in bore, to have better flow at high rpm and a smoother transitions in the collectors that go into the main oversize pipes. The diameter variation is perfectly smooth.

The result is a better power delivery at any give rpm.

The catalytic converts are HJS 100 CPSI units, the best on the market in terms of efficiency, durability and pollutant reduction.

The silencer is a single unit, specifically designed for this model and place centrally, behind the engine; it includes the 90mm, and black chromed tailpipes.

The weight of the full system is 26.5 KG, against 39.2 of the OEM system.
This result is reached even if this system is not overly loud and still retain some comfort when cruising along.
Long term reliability, even in case of heavy track use, had an important role during the development, so the shape and thickness of the components has been accurately considered.
